Cedi and Ed have jointly formed Consiliaris Digital Systems with the aim of bringing a wholly new AI initiative to the healthcare marketplace.

Both Cedi and Ed are longstanding members of TLC. Cedi presented to TLC in November 2020 when he challenged us with ‘There has never been a better time to assess your relationships’. He is a polymath and amongst his roles and responsibilities he is Chair of NHS Kent and Medway.

Ed Clinkett is an IT guru who last presented to us in April 2021 on ‘Creating Hyper Real Digital Versions of YOU’. Ed has since turned his mind as to how he and his team can revolutionise healthcare with a unique digital solution that brings healthcare services to those who need it most.

Cedi Frederick is Chair of NHS Kent and Medway, having previously Chaired North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust.Cedi’s 40+ year career in the public, Not-for-Profit and private sectors includes 25 years at CEO level as Managing Director of a BME Housing Association, 12 years as Chief Executive of a London-based multi-regional charity that supported people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems, then over 5 years as Chief Executive of a charity employing 2,500 staff who cared for and supported over 3000 people a year through its older people’s, children’s, young people and families services.

Cedi has over 30 years’ experience as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of NHS Trusts, housing organisations, national and international charities and voluntary organisations, universities, and sporting National Governing Bodies.

He is the owner and Managing Director of Article Consulting Ltd, established in 2016 to work with the ‘Leaders of Today and Tomorrow’ by supporting their thinking, planning and resilience. Cedi is also a certified Personal Performance Coach and describes himself as a ‘Strategic Coach and Results Mentor’.

A former England men’s international basketball player and coach, Cedi has been named on four separate occasions as one of Britain’s 100 Most Influential Black People. He has been described as ‘…unsung hero of the Third Sector, who has changed as many lives in his life outside of work as he has in his job’.  In 2015, Cedi was recognised as one of the ‘1,000 Black & Asian Heroes 1950-2010’.

Ed Clinkett was recognised by the Financial Times as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Black Asian Minority Ethnic Leaders in Technology in the UK.He is the founder of ESRC Consulting Ltd, HyModa, and Co-founder of Consiliaris Digital Systems. He is also Chief Product & Technology Officer at Dialllog.ai Venture Capital & Financial SaaS platform, and Non-Executive Director at Lumorus PLC.

A seasoned Digital Transformation executive and experienced global entrepreneur and investor, Ed is a member of the International Advisory Board at Human Health Education & Research Foundation.

He is a mentor at Aleto Foundation, a charity focused on nurturing and developing the young leaders of tomorrow, Aleto was founded and is chaired by Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE.

He has led significant digital transformation and innovation of high profile private and public sector organisations, including the BBC, University of Reading, Nature Publishing Group, Penguin Random House, Center Parcs, Allen & Overy, PwC, Specsavers, George (ASDA), and TalkTalk, designing and leading the delivery of over £3 billion in revenue and value through digital transformation.

Ed has been instrumental in introducing digital technology and new ways of collaborative working to delivering complex technology and innovation to established companies in Europe and South Eastern Africa. He developed the first government department websites in Mozambique and contributed to the definition of the operating model for University Eduardo Mondlane’s technology Centre of Excellence and incubator. He also designed and developed the 2nd Africa Union Congress website, and accreditation portal held in Mozambique.

Ed is a strong advocate of using technology to help and facilitate improvements in the lives of individuals with disabilities and also highlighting mental health, diversity and inclusion issues that affect many in society today.

He is also a film and TV Executive Producer, actively involved in mentoring and coaching innovative emerging technology start-ups in the UK, Europe and Africa, providing leadership, governance, planning, and product development knowledge to entrepreneurs and their teams.
