First Sea LordThe Leaders Club has a long history with the Royal Navy and indeed our third event in 2010 was held at Britannia Royal Naval College with members and guests. In 2017 at our Annual dinner, we had the pleasure of welcoming Admiral Sir Philip Jones who was First Sea Lord between 2016-19 and now it is a very great pleasure to welcome Admiral Sir Ben who became 103rd First Sea Lord following the promotion of Admiral Sir Tony Radakin who has become Chief of the Defence Staff.

We could not be welcoming at a more propitious time with the huge challenges we all face following the Russian invasion of Ukraine on 24th February.Sir Ben has a very distinguished career with the Royal Navy and you can read his biography here.
