During the presentation Dawn will share some hard hitting personal experiences that have shaped her as a leader and how her determination to turn adversity into positives to hopefully inspire others to lead, with kindness.

Rescued from a near drowning as a teenager, dealing with close family issues associated with mental health and Neurodiversity and dealing with significant corporat challenges challenges and as a 999 responder to some very challenging incidents have all contributed to Dawn’s determination to improve community safety and also to try and support other leaders to develop their own personal resilience, people centric leadership and emotionally intelligence.
