I was recently introduced to Hardeep Dhanjal via Bob Judson. Bob had seen Hardeep ‘in action’ when he delivered an electrifying session to senior Deloitte hierachy – and he was impressed. Bob then interviewed Hardeep for one of his Leading4Life events which I then viewed and became suitably impressed also.
Therefore given that everything seems rather ‘doom and gloom’ at the moment let’s start the year upbeat, positive and looking forward to the future. Over to you Hardeep

Biography
Hardeep was born in 1977 in Farum just outside Copenhagen. His parents emigrated from India a few years before. During his upbringing, Hardeep experienced many challenges in school, at home, and difficult times as a child of immigrants. These big issues both challenged and developed him and his willingness to find answers to his inner feelings and thoughts was the reason for his development as a human being.
The challenges from his early years made him strong and able to handle a number of new challenges as an adult. Many of his struggles in life have been used as fuel for, his music career, where he received record deals in 13 countries and now, in his career as an international inspirational speaker.
Hardeep´s ability to strengthen people’s mental state and create positive change in organizations has led him to inspire some of Denmark and the world’s largest companies. Hardeep has delivered his speeches in countries such as Denmark, Turkey, England, Sweden, Norway, France and more.
His has a real ability to reach out and deliver messages that reinforce the belief that we can succeed and he maintains that it is the people within the organisation that matters most in the journey towards growth!.”
