Value and values are deeply intertwined in today’s rapidly evolving workplace, but how can we ensure our approach to value creation resonates across generations?
The workplace is already a multigenerational landscape, and this trend is only accelerating.
An organisation that can effectively leverage the diverse experiences and perspectives of all its people, of all ages and generations, can gain a significant advantage. The key question becomes: How can we unlock this potential to create a truly successful, purposeful, and collaborative environment?
Join us for a special event exploring intergenerational collaboration through intergenerational conversation.
The session brings senior leaders from across sectors together with junior talents at the start of their careers for a dynamic and provocative dialogue. Our intergenerational panel will explore topics such as culture, purpose-led organisations, ways of working and the motivations that lie behind their behaviours and their choices.
Following on from our session in March focusing on The Future of Work, Deloitte are excited to be reconvening members of that panel, including Baroness Dido Harding, Armstrong Yakubu (Senior Partner at Foster + Partners) and Mark Lomas (Head of Culture at Lloyds) and others to discuss and debate with their younger colleagues.
This session of The Leaders Club is an opportunity to cut straight into the personal experiences of a diverse group and to reflect on how we can cultivate intergenerational collaboration and make the most of our multigenerational potential.
The event will be hosted live in a London venue and streamed online as usual.
