Once again, we bring together the key members of TLC Geopolitics Forum to analyse where we on earth we are now
We last met in June when the outlook looked bleak and nothing much has changed.
The event we ‘enjoyed’ on 19th February was alarming and worrying. With the apparent end of ‘Pax-Americana’ as quoted by Lord Darroch on Radio 4Today and the With the volatility of President Trump who remains determined to forge some sort of deal with President Putin we are in a very uncertain World.
So where are we now and what are the consequences?
Chaired by Lord Kim Darroch, we look forward once again to you joining us and hearing your views, thoughts, and comments. As before, we are privileged to have the expert opinions of Lt Gen Sir Charlie Stickland and the famed journalist Catherine Belton, who wrote the iconic book, Putin’s People: How the KGB Took Back Russia and Then Took On the West.
Additionally, we have TLC members Vicky Pryce, the renowned economist, giving her expert views and thoughts, and Professor Richard Sullivan (Richard’s research interests extend from global cancer to conflict and health. He has been spending a great deal of time in Ukraine following Russia’s invasion and his ‘take’ will be edifying) and Steven E Moore from Washington DC to give us the latest status of US support for the war.
