Research shows that trust accelerates performance of businesses and organisations, improves client and supply chain relationships, improves customer experience and creates better value for money. Why don’t we choose it?
Stuart and Kevin will explore the issues interactively and share the trust model they have created as part of their work, and which will feature in a new Economist book they are writing to be published in 2024. Â The session should leave participants with practical tools that they can employ to improve trust in their own organisations and their leadership.
