Professor Stephen Smith and his brother Ian Smith have distinguished credentials in health care and apart from their very active careers they are also members of a well known and highly respected think tank – Radix www.radix.org

Ian and Stephen are long standing members of TLC and indeed Stephen now chairs TLC H&SC Forum. In July 2020 they memorably jointly presented ‘Health & Social care: Things MUST Change to TLC Members and guests.
