Context – Elizabeth and Olivier Beroud have been members of TLC for sometime now and I was aware of the excellent work they do for The D Group https://www.dgroup.co.uk. Therefore why not extend an invitation to them to help us broaden our collective horizons. Should be fun.

Workshop Precis
Leaders of 21st century need to be self-aware. They don’t need to know everything, but they do need to know what their strengths are and how to play to them. They also need to know where they have weaknesses or blind spots and how to manage them. They can then surround themselves with complementary people. Leaders’ responsibility is also to create an environment in which their employees can thrive. Research shows that people who know and use their strengths are 6 times more likely to be engaged at work and 3 times more likely to have an excellent quality of life.
In this interactive session, our guest coach Elizabeth Beroud, will get you to think about the value of focusing on strengths as a leader, explore how strengths can help you ‘serve to lead’, and hopefully give you a taste for making strengths part of yours and your team’s development – if it’s not already!
Biography – Elizabeth Beroud
Certified with Gallup and a Meyler Campbell graduate, Elizabeth offers individual and team coaching services to a range of clients in the UK and internationally through the business she co-founded with her husband in 2016. As a strengths coach and thinking partner, she supports the growth and development of clients in all different sectors, including pharmaceutical, financial services and government. She uses a mix of non-directive and strengths-based techniques to help her clients harness their talents, achieve their goals and flourish in their chosen path. In partnership with her husband and the business development firm, Strategy International (D Group, BEI, BFPG), Elizabeth runs the Future Leaders Group (https://www.futureleaders.group), a ’boutique’ leadership programme for aspiring CEOs. She chairs the UK foundation of the Business School where she studied (EDHEC).
Elizabeth lives with her husband and business partner in the Bromley area of South-East London. She is half British (born in Cardiff) and half French (raised in Montpellier). She is married with three grown-up children. Her coaching languages are English and French.
