ADHD, Burnout and the Role of Nutrition:
A New Lens on High Performance and Resilience
Sarah Osborne BA (Hons)
Burnout isn’t just about stress or long hours. For many high-performing professionals—especially those with undiagnosed or late-diagnosed ADHD—it has deep neurological and biochemical roots.
In this presentation, Sarah Osborne explores the intersection of ADHD, burnout, and nutrition, drawing on neuroscience, genetics, and clinical research.
You’ll learn why neurodivergent brains are more vulnerable to burnout, how early signs show up in the body, and what practical steps can support lasting energy, focus, and resilience.
